Help Desk Engineer Position Available

About the role

Reporting to the Service Desk Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Acting as the first line of support for all IT related incidents and requests;
  • Deliver superior End User Experience while ensuring a managed, secure End User environment;
  • Assist with patching and upgrading end-user devices;
  • Address quality and schedule conflicts;
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction leading to retention and referrals
  • Set-Up, Configuration and support of Microsoft Desktops;
  • Providing support for core business applications including O365

About You

  • Excellent Level 1 troubleshooting skills;
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365:
  • High Attention to detail;
  • Reliable and consistent time management skills;
  • Knowledge of MS operating environments and applications, networks and end-user devices;
  • Exceptional communication skills including a professional telephone manner.
